Lane Restrictions and Closure Planned for U.S. 41 In Gibson County

IN-DOT says beginning on or around Thursday, July 10th, crews will close one lane of traffic on southbound U.S. 41 just south of Fort Branch between County Road 925 South and County Road 990 South in Gibson County.

The alternating lane closures will allow for prep work for a pipe replacement project which will take two days to complete.

Then, around Monday, July 14th, crews will close the southbound lanes of U.S. 41.

This road closure will allow for the actual pipe replacement project which will take about a week to complete.

The official detour will be State Road 168 to I-69 to State Road 68.

Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
