Edwardsport Man Arrested for Possession of Cocaine During Traffic Stop

A Knox County Sheriff’s deputy arrested an Edwardsport man for Possession of Cocaine and Paraphernalia Monday night following a traffic stop near State Road 67 and Bruce Road.

The deputy noticed several signs 41-year-old Adam Decoursey had been consuming illegal drugs.

After further investigation and a search of the vehicle deputies found nearly 20 grams of cocaine.

Several items of drug paraphernalia were also found.

Decoursey later posted bond and was released from jail.
