Sullivan Couple Arrested for Neglect of a Dependent

Indiana State Police arrested a Sullivan couple on Wednesday following an investigation that got underway in March into information that a child had been neglected, resulting in hospitalization.

After arrest warrants were issued, 22-year-old Destiny Williams and 22-year-old Josiah Horton were taken into custody after the Sullivan County Prosecutor’s Office issued arrest warrants on charges of Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Bodily Injury.

Both are being held on $15,000 bond each in the Sullivan County Jail.
