Fort Branch Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Fort Branch man Monday night after being called to the 900 block of East Locust Street in Fort Branch to investigate a possible battery.

The suspect, 52-year-old Hugh Stogsdill, had left the location before officers arrived.

After completing the initial investigation, deputies returned to service.

About ten minutes later, Stogsdill was located back at the residence and arrested for Battery, Neglect of a Dependent, and Driving While Suspended.
