Petersburg City Council Approves Prides Creek Apartment Project

The Petersburg City Council has approved an $82M development agreement with Premier Property Management for the Prides Creek Apartment project.

The project features 32 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedroom market rate units near the Pike County Little League Park on Buchta Drive.

Projected rents are $720 for a one-bedroom and $920 for a two-bedroom apartment.

Construction is expected to begin in late summer or early fall.
