Bill Murray is proving to be the No. 1 sports dad.
Throughout tense March Madness college basketball competition, Murray has attended University of Connecticut games because his son is an assistant coach.
On March 29, Bill witnessed son Luke and UConn defeat Duke at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., to advance to the Final Four. UConn stunned Duke with a clutch, last-second 3-pointer to secure a dramatic Final Four victory.
Bill was all smiles after his son and the Huskies defeated the Blue Devils. The actor and comedian sported a UConn hat while celebrating with the university’s band after the game.
