Indiana Governor Mike Braun visited with locked out BP workers in Whiting this week.
Braun took the trip to northwest Indiana Tuesday to meet with the employees, who have been locked out since March 19th.
The governor urged both sides to return to bargaining sessions.
Union employees are picketing outside the facility 24-hours a day and officials say BP wants to cut wages for most employees and eliminate jobs.
The refinery is still running using replacement workers.
