Gov. Mike Braun Orders Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in Honor of Captain Seth Koval

Governor Mike Braun has directed flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Captain Seth Koval, who was killed in action March 12th in support of Operation Epic Fury.

Captain Koval served as a machinist with the 122nd Fighter Wing of the Indiana Air National Guard.

After graduating from Purdue University, he transferred to the Ohio Air National Guard as a combat pilot and instructor.

Governor Braun has ordered flags to be lowered statewide at all state facilities from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, April 4th.

The governor encourages all Hoosiers to help honor Captain Koval by lowering flags to half-staff at their homes and businesses.
