Jasper District Welcomes Two New Probationary Troopers

The Jasper State Police District is welcoming two new probationary troopers.

Troopers Nicholas Goller and Elijah Mundy, both former Jasper Police officers, were among seven probationary troopers who graduated from the 89th Indiana State Police Lateral Academy Thursday,

They now begin the next phase of instruction, a three-month field training period, working alongside veteran troopers.

After field training, the troopers will be assigned an Indiana State Police patrol vehicle and begin solo patrol.
