Indiana State Parks Adding 45 All-Terrain Trackchairs

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is adding all-terrain trackchairs at state parks.

The DNR used one-million-dollars from the Lilly Endowment to purchase 45 trackchairs.

Portable generators and maintenance will be covered with DNR operating funds.

State Parks Director Brandt Baughman says the new vehicles will supplement the dozen power mobility chairs that are currently available.
