Governor Signs Fix for PathWays for Aging Program

Governor Braun has signed a bipartisan Medicaid reform bill aimed at fixing Indiana’s PathWays for Aging program.

The new law moves long-term nursing home care away from private insurance companies and back to a state-run model.

Supporters say the shift will save taxpayers millions and help clear waitlists for thousands of Hoosiers seeking home-based care.
