Prices at the gas pump are still on the rise as the U.S. continues military operations in Iran.
The Triple-A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Tuesday stood at $3.49 a gallon, 1¢ higher than Monday and 5¢ lower than Tuesday’s national average.
It was also 49¢ higher than a week ago, 72¢ higher than a month ago, and 62¢ higher than a year ago.
Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $4.82 a gallon, 6¢ higher than Monday and 82¢ higher than a week ago.
It was also 1.08¢ higher than a month ago and 1.18¢ higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Monday and 2¢ higher than Tuesday’s national average.
