Clay Co. Man Found Guilty for Dealing Meth

A Clay County jury found a man guilty Friday in a methamphetamine case.

Jurors convicted Timothy Cheatham of Dealing in and Possession of Methamphetamine after a two-day trial.

They also ruled he is a habitual offender.

The charges stem from a 2023 investigation by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

Cheatham is scheduled to be sentenced March 25th.
