Gas prices continue to rise amid ongoing U.S. military operations in Iran.
The Triple-A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Sunday stood at $3.47 a gallon, 4¢ higher than Saturday and 2¢ higher than Sunday’s national average of $3.45 per gallon.
It was also 66¢ higher than a week ago, 66¢ higher than a month ago, and 59¢ higher than a year ago.
Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Sunday was $4.69 a gallon, 7¢ higher than Saturday and 85¢ higher than a week ago.
It was also 1.04¢ higher than a month ago and 97¢ higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Sunday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Saturday and the same as Sunday’s national average.
