Fuel prices in the Hoosier state continue to skyrocket due to the ongoing conflict in Iran.
The Triple-A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana on Thursday stood at $3.19 a gallon, 4¢ higher than Wednesday and 6¢ lower than Thursday’s national average of $3.25 per gallon.
It was also 37¢ higher than a week ago, 32¢ higher than a month ago, and 32¢ higher than a year ago.
Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Thursday was $4.28 a gallon, 14¢ higher than Wednesday and 44¢ higher than a week ago.
It was also 54¢ higher than a month ago and 63¢ higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Thursday was 39¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Wednesday and the same as Thursday’s national average.
