The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fort Branch man on multiple charges Wednesday following a traffic stop on the courthouse square in Princeton.
The deputy began an investigation after suspecting 35-year-old Joshua Hemmings was under the influence.
Gibson County Ambulance responded to the scene to check Hemmings physical and emotional welfare.
At the end of the investigation, he was transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated-Refusal, Harassment, Forgery, and Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon.
