The Daviess County Commissioners lifted a 10-ton load limit on county roads Wednesday.
It was put into effect last week to prevent damage to county roads by heavy vehicles during the freeze/thaw cycle.
Meanwhile the Knox County Commissioners enacted a 10-ton weight limit on county roads Tuesday.
County officials will reevaluate the need for the limit next Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a 10-ton load limit imposed on Martin County Roads February 12th remains in effect.
