The Jasper Street Department has closed the walking path along West 15th Street between Emily Street and the entrance to the Parklands until Friday, weather permitting, to create a construction entrance for the Regional Wellness Center.
After the construction entrance is completed, pedestrians should use caution while walking over the rock entrance and watching for construction traffic entering and exiting the area.
