Employer Sponsored Health Coverage Continues to Soar

Americans are seeing family premiums for employer sponsored health coverage go up about six-percent this year on average according to a new survey.

The nonprofit group KFF says the average annual healthcare premium cost for one family shared by employers and employees is around 27 thousand dollars.

That follows a seven percent gain last year and seven percent increase the prior year.
