Georgia Man Facing Cocaine Charge Following Knox Co. Traffic Stop

A Georgia man is facing a drug charge following a traffic stop early Tuesday morning on U-S 41 near Emison Mill Road north of Vincennes.

A Knox County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Aday Durmaganbetov of Kennesaw, Georgia.

Authorities found him driving while intoxicated.

He was also found to be in possession of cocaine.

Durmaganbetov was booked into the Knox County Jail on $5,000 bond.
