Indiana U.S Representative Andre Carson says the Trump administration is terminating a grant for the Indianapolis International Airport.
Carson says the FAA notified him that the grant doesn’t align with the administration’s priorities.
This comes after the airport received federal funding in 2023 for a solar power battery storage facility on-site.
Carson, a Democrat, says the six-point-seven-million-dollar grant for the airport is part of 37-million dollars in clean energy infrastructure funding being cut.
