Woman Struck and Killed at Terre Haute Truck Stop Identified

The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office on Monday identified a woman who was run over by a truck and killed Saturday morning at Love’s Travel Stop at 17-40 East Harlan Avenue in Terre Haute.

The initial investigation shows the truck was backing into a parking space when 47-year-old Amanda Ludlow of West Terre Haute was struck.

The driver of the truck tested negative for drugs and alcohol after being taken to a local hospital for testing.
