Governor Braun Appoints New Top Utility Customer Advocate

Abby Gray has been appointed by Governor Mike Braun to run the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor.

Braun says Hoosiers “have been burdened with utility rate increase after increase” and says people can’t take it anymore.

The 92-year-old Office of Utility Consumer Counselor serves as a customers’ legal and technical representative in rate cases.

Gray spent over 16 years directing their legal operations.
