Richard Allen’s Attorneys Want Another Appeal Extension

Attorneys for convicted Delphi double murderer Richard Allen are asking the Indiana Court of Appeals for an extension of their September 5th deadline to submit their brief.

Mark Leeman and Stacy Uliana say they need more time to get their case ready.

Allen is serving 130 years in prison for killing Abby Williams and Libby German near the Monon High Bridge in February 2017 and was sentenced in December 2024.

He was sent to Oklahoma under an interstate compact agreement with Indiana.
