Daviess Co. Arrests

Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Washington man Sunday for Reckless Driving, Operating Without Ever Receiving a License, and Operating While Intoxicated Refusal.

35-year-old Merles Guardado Nunez is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

Washington Police arrested 40-yer-old Chad Owen Osgatharp pf Loogootee Sunday for Resisting Law Enforcement, Felon Theft Over $750.00, and Criminal Mischief.

Osgatharp is being held without bond.

169 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Monday morning.
