Martin County had the second lowest jobless rate in Indiana in July at 3.2%, four tenths of a percent lower than July of last year.
Dubois County’s unemployment rate last month stood at 3.4%, three tenths of a percent lower than the year before.
Gibson County’s rate of 3.5% was four tenths of a percent lower.
Daviess County’s July unemployment rate was 3.6%, two tenths of a percent lower than July of 2024.
Sullivan County had a jobless rate of 4.0% in July, down 1.1% from the year before.
Pike County’s July unemployment rate of 4.1% was down five tenths of a percent from a year earlier.
Knox County’s rate was also 4.1%, down six tenths’ percent.
Greene County had an unemployment rate of 4.2% last month, 1.6% lower than July of 2024.
The average unemployment rate of Indiana’s 92 counties in July was 4.2%.
