Indiana State Police Announce Promotion of Detective Josh Greer to Sergeant

Indiana State Police Superintendent Anthony Scott has promoted Detective Josh Greer to the rank of Sergeant.

In his new role, Sergeant Greer will serve as the Jasper District Investigative Squad Leader.

Sergeant Greer has been a member of the Indiana State Police for over nineteen years, beginning his career as a dispatcher at the former Terre Haute Post, then road trooper for the Evansville District, and since August of 2017 as a detective at the Jasper Post.

Greer is a Boonville, Indiana native and a graduate of Boonville High School in 2004.
