A 14-hundred-pound cheese sculpture is now on display at the Indiana State Fair.
On Wednesday, the American Dairy Association unveiled the carving, which uses yellow and white cheddar cheeses.
The sculpture was carved by Sarah Kaufmann, who used music-related symbols to tie into the fair’s theme of “the Soundtrack of Summer.”
The statue is now on display at the Agriculture Horticulture Building through the end of the fair- August 17th.
