Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning during a warrant service at the M & M Trailer Court in Patoka.
Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies went to that address to serve a warrant on 25-year-old Colton Linxwiler for Failure to Return to Lawful Detention.
While speaking to 52-year-old Jason Thomas, a deputy smelled burnt marijuana coming from inside the residence.
While conducting a sweep of the residence for Linxwiler, Linxwiler attempted to flee out of the back door and was taken into custody for Failure to Return to Lawful Detention and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Further investigation led to the arrests of Thomas and 41-year-old Josie Lewis on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Paraphernalia.
