Be on the lookout for students returning to the classroom.

In Daviess County, North Daviess students go back Tuesday.

Students in Washington, Washington Catholic, and Barr-Reeve schools head back on Wednesday.

North Knox and South Knox students head back Tuesday as do students at Eastern Greene and MSD of Shakamak.

Drivers need to be on the lookout for school buses dropping off or picking up students and knowing when to stop.

Also, be on the lookout for students walking to school and slowdown in school zones.

If a school bus stops on a two-lane road, or on a multi-lane roadway, with no barrier between lanes, and the red flashing lights are activated, and the stop arm is extended, all motorists must stop.

However, on multi-lane roadways with a grassy and/or concrete barrier, only vehicles behind the bus must stop.

Vehicles approaching from the opposite side are not required to do so.
