Road Closure Planned Monday for State Road 61 in Pike County

The Indiana Department of Transportation says a portion of State Road 61 near Winslow in Pike County is scheduled to be closed on Monday, August 4th for the replacement of a railroad crossing.

The closure will occur at the crossing located between Mill Street and East County Road 375 South.

The project is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather.

The official detour will be State Road 56 to State Road 257 to State Road 64.

Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
