Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education Stepping Down

Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education Chris Lowery is stepping down from the job in October.

He says he will pursue professional writing projects and other personal goals.

Lowery cited a recent health scare in his reasons for leaving the job after three years.
