Indiana State Police say failing to yield to an emergency vehicle led to the arrest of an Indianapolis man Friday evening.
A state trooper was making an emergency run on US 50 to a domestic dispute in Washington when the vehicle in front of him failed to yield.
When the trooper was told to disregard the call by Central Dispatch, he pulled over the vehicle he front of him.
Authorities say 54-year-old Harold Tinsley of Indianapolis showed visible signs of impairment.
After a chemical test, Tinsley was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
