Evansville Man Arrested on Drug Charge

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says an Evansville man is facing charges of Dealing in and Possession of Cocaine and Resisting Law Enforcement.

24-year-old Daniel Neahring was involved in a single vehicle crash on Wednesday on State Road 68 east of Haubstadt.

During the investigation, a sheriff’s deputy suspected that illegal drugs might be in the vehicle.

Neahring was arrested after he was found to be in possession of cocaine.
