Road Closure Planned for State Road 61 In Knox County

The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 61 between Hickory Corner Road and South Robinson Road near Verne in Knox County is scheduled to close on Wednesday, July 30th for a pipe replacement project.

Work is expected to take two days to complete, depending on the weather.

The official detour will be U.S. 41 to U.S. 50 to State Road 241.

Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
