Indiana BMV Introduces “Blackout Plates”

The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has introduced new “blackout plates” as a minimalist approach to license plates.

These plates, approved by state lawmakers, will raise money to improve services.

The black plates with white lettering will be available for purchase at BMV locations and online starting August 8th.
