Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s request to have the state Supreme Court dismiss a second disciplinary action against him has been denied.
Justices say “it is exceptionally rare for respondents to file motions to dismiss disciplinary complaints, and even rarer that we grant them.”
Rokita will be able to refile as the denial by the high court was made without prejudice.
Justice Derek Molter says that is because they “conclude the arguments he makes in his motion are better addressed through the hearing process and our subsequent review.”
