Daviess Co. Arrests

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Bloomington man early Tuesday morning for Operating While Intoxicated .15 or Higher, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, Minor Consumption, and Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance.

20-year-old Charles Justus Arnold is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

171 inmates were being held in the security center early Tuesday morning.
