The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office says a second person involved in a murder/suicide in a car in the parking lot of the Terre Haute Kroger Store last Thursday has died.
Authorities say 33-year-old Justin Tubbs, a passenger in the vehicle, shot and killed the driver, 38-year-old Amanda Dubois, and then turned the gun on himself.
Tubbs had been in critical condition at a Terre Haute Hospital prior to his death.
A juvenile female who was also inside the vehicle when this incident occurred escaped injury.
