Road Closure Planned for U.S. 50 In Martin and Lawrence Counties

A portion of U.S. 50 in Martin and Lawrence Counties is scheduled to be closed Monday, July 14th for chip and seal work.

The closure will take place between US 150 and State Road 60 near Shoals and Huron.

Work is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather.

The official detour will be State Road 37 to U.S. 150.

Local traffic will have access during this project.
