Lawmaker From Indiana Set to Co-Sponsor Articles of Impeachment Against President

A lawmaker from Indiana plans to co-sponsor articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.

U.S. Representative André Carson says he read the resolution brought forth by a Democratic Representative from Texas and requested to be one of the first co-sponsors.

Carson voted to impeach President Trump in 2019 and 2021.

Carson is a Democrat who represents Indiana’s seventh congressional district located in Marion County.
