The WIN Energy REMC Community Trust recently presented grants totaling over $18,000 to six organizations.
Addiction Solutions Corporation received $850 towards a computer for the men’s house computer lab.
Merom Camp and Retreat Center received $4,000 towards the purchase of a mini split heat pump and new door for College Hall.
Princeton Presbyterian Church received $1,250 for hygiene products for their blessing box.
Sullivan City Fire Department received $7,599 for a generator for the station.
Sullivan County 4-H Club Council Inc. received $4,000 towards their 4-H building kitchen remodel.
And The Well of Gibson County received $500 towards furniture and signage for their conference room.
The funds come from “Operation Roundup” in which WIN Energy REMC customers can round up their electric bills to the highest dollar each month.
