Terre Haute Man Arrested for Domestic Battery Following Crash

A Terre Haute man is facing a charge of Domestic Battery following a single vehicle crash Monday night on US 41 in Gibson County.

The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says a car left the roadway and struck a fence on the east side of the highway.

Deputies determined the crash was caused by a rolling domestic disturbance.

27-year-old Daniel Baxin was taken to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Battery.
