A Washington woman was arrested for drunk driving early Sunday morning following a single vehicle crash at the intersection of US 50 and State Road 257 in Daviess County.
Indiana State Police say 45-year-old Leslie Gray ran off the highway into a field.
Gray was standing next to her vehicle when a state trooper arrived on scene.
Police say she showed visible signs of impairment.
EMS treated her for injuries.
While looking for Gray’s identification, the state trooper found a suspected legend drug in Gray’s property.
Gray was taken to Daviess Community Hospital for a chemical test and medical clearance.
She was then arrested for Possession of a Legend Drug and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
