Evansville Man Passed Out in Vehicle Arrested on Drug Charges

Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested an Evansville man on drug charges Saturday night after finding him passed out in his SUV.

48-year-old John Dorraugh is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia with a Prior Conviction.
