Washington Drug Investigation Results in Seizure of 800 Grams of Suspected Crystal Meth

Two Washington men were arrested, and 800 grams of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine was seized during a multi-agency drug investigation this week.

Washington Police say that after a traffic stop on 31-year-old Joel Fleetwood, detectives and officers with Washington Police, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration served a search warrant at a residence at Southwest 1st Street.

Methamphetamine was seized from the residence, along with items associated with Methamphetamine distribution, firearms, cash, and more than 400 grams of suspected Marijuana.

A second search warrant was served at an address on Cosby Street.

Police arrested Fleetwood and 62-year-old Robert Krueger on charges of Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine, Dealing Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
