Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Princeton man Wednesday while investigating a disturbance in the 700 block of South 11-50 East near Oakland City.
The sheriff’s office says 43-year-old Kenneth Jones attempted to give law enforcement officers a fake name to obstruct their investigation and to conceal the fact that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
He is now charged with False Informing and Obstruction of Justice.
Authorities say Jones has a parole warrant through the Indiana Dept of Corrections and a warrant for Battery out of Vanderburgh County.
Meanwhile, 32-year-old Vicktoria Bretz of Oakland City was also arrested for Obstruction of Justice, Aggravated Battery, False Informing, and Assisting a Criminal.
