Francisco Man Arrested on Drug and Neglect Charges

Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Francisco man on drug and neglect charges Tuesday afternoon after serving a search warrant at his residence in Wheeling.

44-year-old Michael Hill was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Neglect of a Dependent.
