A Bicknell man is facing charges of Invasion of Privacy for Violating a Protective Order and False Informing following an incident at a Bicknell residence early Wednesday morning.
Knox County Sheriff’s deputies went to the home after central dispatch received an SOS text from a woman saying that a male subject was at her residence in violation of a protective order, trying to get inside her house.
Upon arrival, deputies detained a man at the back door of the residence.
He gave them a false name, but after further investigation, he was identified as 47-year-old James Summers of Bicknell who was in violation of a protective order by being at the residence.
Summers also had an active warrant for Felony Domestic Battery out of Knox County Courts and an active felony warrant out of Illinois.
