Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man early Sunday morning in Crawford County for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
A state trooper, who was on patrol in the west Baden area, was inside Fast Eddie’s Service Station with other officers when someone told them they saw a man at the gas pumps who appeared to be intoxicated.
Police say they spotted 21-year-old Raymond Knepp of Odon staggering in the parking lot and getting into his vehicle.
Officers then pulled behind his running vehicle and spoke with him.
Knepp was arrested after being taken to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test.
